Arrival Details
Please plan to arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled time.
We are located approximately 25 minutes northwest of Cochrane.
Safety First – Helmet Policy
For everyone’s safety, equestrian helmets are required at all times when working with horses or ponies—whether on the ground, riding, or in the barn.
Helmets are provided free of charge, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.
Please make sure any personal items, including helmets, are clearly labeled.
Respect & Conduct
Creating a safe and positive environment is key to a great experience.
All participants and staff are expected to contribute to an atmosphere of friendship, kindness, patience, and respect—toward each other and our horses.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the program. This includes:
Violence or aggressive behavior
Theft or intentional damage to property
Refusal to follow staff instructions
Use of offensive language
Any conduct deemed inappropriate by Bar JO staff
Required Waivers
A completed waiver is required for every rider. Please bring a printed and signed copy with you on the day of your visit.
